One of the most crucial parts of playing fantasy football is playing the matchups. Some players are match up proof. You are not going to sit Aaron Rodgers or Antonio Brown. Below are some week ten fantasy football starts and sits to help you win this week.

Week Ten Fantasy Football Starts and Sits

Starts

Marcus Mariota

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota has been one of the best quarterback so over the last few weeks. He is currently averaging over 18 fantasy points per game in the last few weeks. In week 10 he has a favorable matchup vs the Green Bay Packers who have been allowing the 10th most fantasy points to quarterback so far this season. In a game that should see plenty of offense expect Mariota to produce solid fantasy points like he has over the last few weeks.

Carson Palmer

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer has struggled this season. In his last two games Palmer has thrown over 300 yards in two consecutive games and in his previous game he had 20 fantasy points. In week 10 he is going up against the San Francisco 49ers who gave up 300 yards and three touchdowns to Drew Brees last week. Palmer should produce solid fantasy points in week 10.

Giovanni Bernard

Cincinnati Bengals running back Giovanni Bernard has been one of the most consistent running backs this season. He is currently averaging 10 fantasy points per game this season. In week 10 he has a solid matchup vs New York Giants on Monday night in a game which should see plenty of offense. Bernard should see plenty of opportunities to produce fantasy points and is a solid running back two this week.

Jordan Howard

Chicago Bears running back Jordan Howard has been solid since taking over for the injured Jeremy Langford. Howard is averaging 10 fantasy points per game since taking over the starting job. In his last game he had over 200 yards and a touchdown. In week 10 he is going up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who have been a decent match up for running backs this season.

Mike Wallace

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Mike Wallace has seem to have found his home in Baltimore. Wallace has played on three different teams in the last few seasons. Wallace is currently ranked as the 12th wide receiver and is averaging 12 fantasy points per game the season. In week 10 he is going up against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night football who have one of the weakest defense is in the NFL this season. Expect Wallace to put up solid production in week 10.

Demaryius Thomas

Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas is coming off a average week nine where he produced six fantasy points. Thomas has been a solid wide receiver two this season, and is averaging nine fantasy points per game. He has a very favorable matchup vs the New Orleans Saints who have been a favorable matchup for wide receivers this season.

Jason Witten

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten is coming off his best game where he scored 19 fantasy points. Over the last few weeks he has seen more target from rookie quarterback Dak Prescott and in week 10 he is going up against the Pittsburgh Steelers who have been a favorable match up for tight ends so far this season.

Tyler Eifert

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert is coming off the bye, in his last game he had over 100 yards and found the end zone in week eight. In week 10 he is going up against the New York Giants on Monday Night Football who have been a favorable matchup for tight ends this season. Eifert seem to be picking up right where he left off in 2015 where he scored 14 touchdowns and was one of quarterback Andy Dalton favorite targets over the middle and in the red zone.

Sits

Ryan Tannehill

Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill has struggled so far this season two produce consistent fantasy points. With the emergency of running back Jay Ajayi the Dolphins have become more run heavy which has limited Tannehill’s opportunities to produce points. He is currently averaging only 14 fantasy points per game this season. In week 10 he is going up against the San Diego Chargers who have been a decent match up for quarterbacks this season but with his inconsistent play and the Dolphins using the running backs more he is a risky play in week 10.

Carson Wentz

Philadelphia Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz started off the season hot but has since cooled down and has looked more like a rookie. Over his last few games he has scored 10 fantasy points or less. In week 10 he has a decent matchup vs the Atlanta Falcons, but with Wentz struggling over the past few weeks he is a risky play in week 10.

Matt Jones

Washington Redskins running back Matt Jones has been very inconsistent so far this season. Jones has also had troubles hanging on to the ball which has resulted in him being benched a few times this season. With Jones ball security issues he has been losing touches to rookie Rob Kelly. Expect Jones to split carries with Kelly which makes him a risky play in week 10 vs the Minnesota Vikings and should remain on your bench.

Rashad Jennings

New York Giants running back for Rashad Jennings has been a boom or bust player this season. Jennings is now splitting carries with rookie Paul Perkins which has limited his opportunities to produce fantasy points. Jennings has a difficult matchup in week 10 vs the Cincinnati Bengals. With the difficult matchup and Jennings splitting carries he should remain on fantasy owners benches in week 10.

Jeremy Maclin

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has been one of the bigger disappointments at Wide receiver so far this season. Maclin has produced solid fantasy points over the past few seasons mainly because he was one of the main target in the offense. With the quarterback play being somewhat inconsistent and the Chiefs spreading the ball around to its other targets Maclin has only averaged four fantasy points per game this season. Maclin is going up against the Carolina Panthers who have been decent over the past few weeks against wide receivers. Maclin is also dealing with a groin injury which has limited him the past few weeks.

Brandon Marshall

New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall has been one of the biggest bust so far this season. He was drafted on average in the late second too early third round of most drafts this year. Marshall has averaged only four fantasy points over the past few weeks and has had solid matchups through out those weeks. In week 10 he is going up against the Los Angeles Rams and with the inconsistent quarterback play that the Jets have had this season he is a risky play in week 10.

Gary Barnidge

Cleveland Browns tight end Gary Barnidge has not produced the fantasy numbers that many thought he would would this season. After a career season in 2015 he has yet to find the end zone this season. He is currently averaging five fantasy points per game this season. In week 10 have a difficult matchup vs the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night. The Ravens are currently giving up the second fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season.

Coby Fleener

New Orleans Saints tight end Coby Fleener had been one of the biggest boom or bust players so far this season. He is averaging seven fantasy points per game but has scored double digits only twice and under five fantasy points five times this season. With his quarterback Drew Brees spreading the ball around as much as he is Fleener is a risky play in week 10 vs the Denver Broncos.
